• Placing an order is a request only — an order is confirmed once payment is verified and the admin marks it as "Confirmed."
• Ibn A Hakim reserves the right to reject or cancel any order without prior notice (e.g., stock unavailability, unverified payment, incorrect information).

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment can be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
• A payment screenshot must be uploaded to confirm the order.

4. Product Information

• We try to keep product photos and descriptions accurate, but fabric colors may appear slightly different on screen.
• Stitched items are made according to the measurements provided by the customer — responsibility for incorrect measurements lies with the customer.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location within Pakistan.
• Delivery times may vary during sale periods or due to courier delays.

6. Intellectual Property

• The logo, design, content, and images on this website are the property of Ibn A Hakim.
• Copying, reproducing, or using them elsewhere without permission is prohibited.

7. Reseller Program

• Becoming a reseller requires admin approval.
• Commission is paid only on confirmed orders.
• Ibn A Hakim reserves the right to suspend or terminate any reseller account without notice in cases of fraud or misuse.

8. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your login details (email/password) secure.
• Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Ibn A Hakim is not responsible for delays caused by courier/delivery companies.
• Ibn A Hakim is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
• Liability is limited in cases of technical issues (server downtime, bugs, etc.).
